Julian is a chartered Environmental Engineer with over 15 years experience in floodplain management, flood modelling, hydrology and project management. He is passionate about making his client's lives easier and delivering practical and timely engineering solutions.

Director & Senior Engineer

Sarah has over 8 years industry experience and is highly skilled at technical modelling. Sarah enjoys collaborating with clients, community and other industry practitioners not only to achieve better outcomes but to create a greater understanding of surface water modelling and water management.

Principal - Stormwater & IWM

Alan brings over 18 years of experience in flood risk, hydrology, hydraulics, urban water and waterway management, with a broad understanding of water engineering developed across a diverse range of complex projects. He has led teams and overseen project delivery, combining strategic and conceptual expertise with advanced detailed design capability to deliver high-quality outcomes from concept through to construction.

Senior Engineer & Team Leader (Flooding)

Vitaly has 5 years of industry experience in various hydrologic/hydraulic modelling packages and a variety of floodplain management projects. Vitaly enjoys delivering real-world outcomes and using the modelling to provide beneficial outcomes for the client, stakeholders and community.

Project Engineer

Michael has supported our team for over 4 years, initially as an undergraduate. Michael has since graduated with a Masters in Environmental Engineering and has recently been promoted to a Project Engineer role. Michael is a skilled hydrologic and hydraulic modeler and is also a keen Python enthusiast.

Project Engineer

Wennie joined Cumulus Engineering as a Graduate Engineer in early 2024 after completing her Master of Environmental Engineering at the University of Melbourne and has recently stepped into a Project Engineer role. She possesses a robust background and keen interest in sustainability and water engineering.

Eliecer joined Cumulus Engineering in 2026 as a Project Engineer, bringing a Master of Engineering in Water Resources Management from the University of South Australia. He has experience in stormwater and flood management across Australia and overseas, supporting a range of development and infrastructure projects, and enjoys working closely with councils and project teams to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes.

Graduate Engineer

Yuan joined Cumulus Engineering as a Graduate Engineer in 2025 after completing her Master of Environmental Engineering at the University of Melbourne. Yuan is passionate about developing solutions that protect the environment for future generations and contributing to projects that make a meaningful difference in communities.

Anna is an experienced administrative professional with over 10 years in business support, operations and administration across diverse industries and brings strong organisational and problem-solving skills to Cumulus.
